Duffield Named Head Women's Soccer Coach

On Monday, December 15, 2025, Director of Athletics, Jason Broadwater, announced the hiring of new Head Women's Soccer Coach, Mark Duffield. Mark will lead the addition of this varsity team at Greater Allegheny.
If the name is familiar, Mark comes to Greater Allegheny from Penn State New Kensington where he led their Men's program since 2018.
He most recently guided the New Kensington Men's Soccer program to a PSUAC Championship win, the first ever in program history. He also had 11 players recognized as USCAA All-Academic Team Members, the most in program history. And, he and his coaching staff were named USCAA Coaching Staff of the Year this past season.
He is also a full-time Penn State employee in athletics, supporting administrative athletic duties at both New Kensington and Fayette.
Broadwater said, "As someone that I competed against for a long time, Mark has a proven track record of student success and I couldn't be more pleased to have him join us here at GA."
