London Named Head Men's Basketball Coach

Denzell London has been named the new Head Men's Basketball at Penn State Greater Allegheny, Director of Athletics, Jason Broadwater, announced on Wednesday.
London was a starting point guard and team captain at Greater Allegheny and helped the Men's Basketball team win the PSUAC title in 2017.
That team, also advanced to the USCAA National Tournament and made the Final Four that season.
London is second all-time in assists with 297 in program history.
"Throughout the search process, Coach London's enthusiasm and passion for Penn State Greater Allegheny shined through. I am excited to welcome him back to GA." said, Broadwater.
A native of Coatesville, PA London has coached at the middle school, high school, AAU, and college levels.
While coaching at the high school level, he helped Shadyside Academy win a section title and birth in the PA state playoffs.
Last season, he served as an assistant coach for the Penn State New Kensington Women's Basketball team helping them achieve the most wins in a season and earning a PSUAC Team of the Week recognition.
London said of being named head coach, "GA has shaped me in many ways. I am excited to be given the opportunity to give back and continue a legacy that I was once and always will be a part of. I look forward to helping this school, program, and organization in many ways."
