After winning 10 games in a row, the PSUGA Volleyball team heads into a non-comference match-up with Carlow.
PSUGA held their 36th annual Honors Convocation on Wednesday night inside the Wunderly Gym. Ten different PSUGA athletes were honored for their achievement both on and off the court.
The USCAA released their annual All-American list this weekend and PSUGA Volleyball player Alix Ellis was named a USCAA All-American Honorable Mention. Ellis led the team on offense with 182 kills on 498 total attacks while leading with 39 total blocks.
The PSUAC released their 2018-2019 Volleyball All-Conference list on Monday and three PSUGA Volleyball players were recognized. Alix Ellis was named a PSUAC West First-Team player while Seiblesierra Ili and Kimmy Tinker were honorable mentions.
The PSUGA Volleyball team had a strong season in 2018-2019 falling just short of the PSUAC Playoffs. With eight freshmen coming back next season, things are looking up for the girls as they continue to chase a PSUAC Playoff spot.
