Courtney Odell Shadd Named PSUAC Setter of the Week

University Park, Pa. - Through a 3-1 Penn State University Athletic Conference weekend and flex into the PSUAC post-season, sophomore setter Courtney Odell Shadd (Hanover Park, Ill./Bartlett) was named PSUAC Setter of the Week for the week of October 18th, 2016.

In five matches and 22 sets in the blue-and-white, Courtney contributed a steep 148 assists with 51 digs, 14 service aces, four total blocks and seven kills. The setter was responsible for 23.5 points on the week with an average of 6.73 assists per set.

On Saturday in the 3-2 triumph over Penn State Hazleton, Shadd posted a season-high 36 assists with 12 digs, two kills and a service ace.
