P90X Community Fitness Class

Thursdays from March 23rd - June 1st

FCC Theater Area
$5.00 per class for PSU staff and students with a proper PSU ID card (community cost is $10.00)
Certified P90X Instructor: Karen Wehrli

Fitness Facilities

The fitness center opened at Penn State Greater Allegheny in the spring of 2005. The fitness center is located next to the campus residence hall.  The center has state-of-the-art fitness equipment totaling $130,000, which includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, free weights, and weight machines, and even saunas.

New additions include full length mirrors, a new sound system, flat screen TVs, power ropes, kettlebells, new AMT cardio machines, dumbbells that span up to 120lbs., and other various equipment accessories.  The fitness center is FREE for students, faculty, and staff.
